I'm looking for a colorist to help me out with regards to my webtoon, the only thing that youd color would be the characters and it'll be flat plus shades i can do highlights, background and everything else will be one by me. the characters are 90% half body and the 20USD budget is for coloring for every 5 characters, I know this is extremely low but i honestly dont have a lot of money but i will increase this once i have more. i need someone who uses Clip Studio Paint.if you dont have experience that's alright.
